Its five 1 o'clock in the morning of september 17, 2010.

I was visiting my sweet old grandma at her house in Illinois. She isn't going to live much longer so I try to visit her as much as possible before she dies of old age or cancer or what ever old people die of these days. well back to the story i get a call at 1:30 and it's my wife and our three months old daughter Lexis. She is calling because there has been a horrible flood that have destroyed most of are house and pretty much destroyed the whole town. When i get back down to Florida i see that there is no way in hell that i am going to be able to make it to my nephews car was for his baseball team. As we get the flood water to go down i realize there is a lot of damage done to the house and i was just lucky to get insurance right before all the rain came. If i did not i do not know what i would do all my things would be destroyed. I am also glad to see that my wife and baby is alright. If something had happen to them i do not know what i would do i think my world would just come to an end. After all the cleaning up and buying a lot of mops and i do mean a lot, I had to find out how much the insurance can cover for me and you would be surprise how much stuff you take for granted when you lose it. A suggestion you should keep all your stuff that is irreplaceable or priceless to you you should keep it in a water/fire proof safe ,because wants you loose it your insurance can not give back all the memory or precious stuff back to you.
